At times over the last couple of days I had no choice but to eat carbs (away with work) but it led to me making further poor choices the rest of the day. I gave myself a good talking to today I’m back I’m in control and ready to make my body happy again. Going to do (another) egg fast for a few days and then get back to normal keto. 2 weeks until my holiday!
