#Repost @iifymacademy (@get_repost) MODERATION OVER DEPRIVATION – Absolutely love this post by @realjaredhamilton : Moderation Is Key – 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 & 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩. – Yes anything. – It boggles my mind when people completely cut out certain foods from their lives because its bad. – When in reality the food isnt bad the way you eat it is badlike an asshole. – If youre eating 2000 calories/day & you want a 300 calorie piece of pizza you can 100% do that. – 𝙉𝙤 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖 𝙛𝙖𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣. – Too many calories does that. – But as long as youre in a deficit youll lose just fine. – Budget your food & calories like youd budget a vacation a stereo or going out to eat in your paycheck. – The problem is most people will read this & say I cant have just 1 piece or Ill eat the whole thing… – In that case the only reason you have an issue is because you have a terrible relationship with food & have been depriving yourself from it for so long you feel like you have to go ape shit on it when you get a hold of that food. – Fix the relationship with the food & take it off of a pedestal. – I know the comments are going to get sticky so Ill see you down there! – PS Dont associate any foods as cheat foods – #hamiltontrained #fatloss #cheatday #cheatmeal #diets #dietfood #dietfoods #dieting #dieter #dietplan #dietfail #dietlife #diettips #dietdiary #losefat #loseweight #lowcal #lowcalories #whatdiet #dietwhatdiet #healthylifestyle #burncalories #burnfat #keto #ketodiet #ketoweightloss #fitmom #fitmomlife #fitnessmom
