It's time to take the BS out of the fat loss debate. . Let's start at the bottom of the pyramid and work up. Drinking water and sleeping aren't determining factors in losing fat, but you will frikkin' miserable and die if you don't pay attention to them. Drink water and get enough sleep every day. Simple! . Next up we have everyone's favourite, the CALORIE DEFICIT. This is THE most important element. To lose weight you need to eat less calories than your body needs to stay at its current weight.
